Annie Meadows,
President

Since the untimely death of her husband, Peter Sands Tibone, Annie Meadows has faithfully and bravely continued to carry the torch for Faithrunner Ministries, Inc. From Witchcraft to Light, from multiple losses, illness and grief, Annie has never given up serving the God she loves. “For the sake of the call” is how Annie describes her ministry.

Annie is a singer/songwriter, worship leader, counselor, speaker, and author and has a deep understanding of grief. She hosted a weekly radio program “The Journey” from 2013-2018. It is a fresh season as this young widow goes forth into a NEW ministry, a NEW commission to “Repair The World One Heart At A Time”. After a 4-year sabbatical Annie steps forward with strength of character and the memory of the man who changed her life forever. She ignites a joy and hope in all she meets.

Felicity Cunningham, 
Chairman of the Board

Felicity Cunningham was born in Johannesburg South Africa, and currently serves as the Women’s Pastor, and Dance Director at Remnant Ministries Church in Las Vegas, Nevada, a ministry she co-founded with her husband and Senior Pastor Randall Cunningham. 

Felicity was a professional dancer with the Dance Theater of Harlem under the direction of Arthur Mitchel. Her dance experience spans over 30 years in more the 15 countries around the world. 

Felicity’s passion for dance created a desire to teach and pass on all she has learned to anyone who loves to dance, she founded A Time to Dance, a praise and worship dance company.

Felicity has answered the call upon her life to teach and equip women in the Word of God. She uses all her gifts, talents, and abilities to impart truth, wisdom and skill to women and children.

Felicity is the mother of five beautiful children: Randall, Vashti, Grace, Christian and Sofia. 

Felicity serves as the chairman of the board for Faithrunner ministries.

Frank Martin,
Director

Frank Martin’s experience in the construction industry encompasses more than 40 years and numerous projects throughout the southwest. Frank founded Martin-Harris Construction (MHC) in December 1976 and was licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board in February 1977. MHC has since been granted General contracting licenses in Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah.

Frank Martin’s industry and community recognition include: Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Inland Empire Region (Construction and Real Estate Division); Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Community Achievement Award in Business; the “Lieder Award” from the Lied Institute of Real Estate Studies; the “Pioneer Award” from the Association of General Contractors and the “ Lloyd D. George Family Values Award” by the Las Vegas International Scouting Museum, the “2009 Good Scout Award” from the Las Vegas area Council Boy Scouts, the “Philanthropic Impact” and “Lifetime Achievement Award” by the NAIOP Southern Nevada Chapter and ENR Magazine’s “Legacy Award”.

In 2014 Frank sold MHC to Big-D Construction in Salt Lake City and turned the reins to his son Guy Martin. Currently Frank is the CEO at Martin Harris and serves on the Board of Directors at Big-D as well as heading up their acquisitions and mergers. He is also a private consultant and continues his entrepreneurial and philanthropic endeavors.

Mr. Martin serves on the Board of Directors for UNLV Foundation and the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA) Board of Trustees. He is an Associated General Contractors (AGC) Lifetime Board Member.

Frank has been married to his lovely wife, Bonnie, for over 53 years. They have two sons (Guy and Jerrad) and are the proud grandparents of five grandchildren (two boys and three girls), and one great grandchild. As a strong Christian, Frank Martin believes in giving back to the community in order to make Southern Nevada a better place to live, work and raise a family.

Helen Katano,
Secretary

Helen Katano serves as the Secretary of the Board for Faithrunner Ministries and often assists Annie when needed.  She is married to Sambi Katano, Worship Leader and is mother to Jenna and Jake. 

Originally from Carlisle, in the beautiful Lake District of Northern England, Helen and her family now reside in  Henderson, Nevada.

Helen is a faithful supporter and intercessor for Faithrunner Ministries along with being the Assistant Director of a Christian pre-school.

Her passion to bring the good news of Jesus and his redemption powers, is evident to all those who meet her. 

The desire of her heart is to see the Lord glorified in every aspect of her life and ministry.
